Our main ingredients are meat – NZ Beef, Lamb, and Chicken. Sourced NZ wide from human grade meat processing plants, delivered to our Paeroa based factory daily.
We don’t use any downed stock or veal products.
All our suppliers meet MPI guideline and requirements for animal product supply.
Our rolls are sealed during the cooking process and don’t need to be refrigerated until they are opened (although we recommend storing them in a dry place, lower than 20C)
